Candidates currently employed in the service industry, including those in the hotel, call center, back office, and retail sectors, are eligible to enroll in an individual training program. This program is one day in duration (eight hours).

The training will provide hands-on experience, covering key areas such as the job application process, guidance on how to apply for jobs through company websites, personal interview preparation, as well as the U.S. visa application and documentation procedures.
